What file formats do you accept?
For 3D printing we work best with STL, STEP/STP, OBJ, and 3MF files. For laser engraving, vector files (SVG, AI, PDF, DXF) give the cleanest results. No file yet? Send a sketch, photo, or just describe the part — we will help from there. You can upload files directly on our quote form.
How fast can you deliver?
FDM 3D printing and laser engraving often start from 1 day. Resin prints typically take 3–7 days and 3D scanning 2–4 days, depending on size, quantity, and finishing. We confirm a realistic timeline with every quote, and we reply to quote requests within 24 hours.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We happily print a single prototype or one-off gift, and we also handle small-batch production with volume pricing. Tell us your quantity and we will quote accordingly.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on material used, print/run time, and complexity (supports, post-processing, finishing). We explain it upfront with no hidden fees — you approve the quote before we start.
Which material should I choose?
It depends on the job: PLA for models and display pieces, PETG for tougher functional parts, ABS for heat and impact resistance, TPU for flexible parts, and resin for fine detail. See the materials comparison on our homepage, or just tell us how the part will be used and we will recommend the right one.
Can you help with the design or fix my file?
Yes. Our engineer-led team can check your file for printability, suggest wall-thickness or tolerance fixes, and offer basic design-for-manufacturing guidance. Full CAD design from scratch is available on request.
Do you ship across India?
Yes — we are based in Kozhikode, Kerala, and ship pan-India via courier. Local customers are welcome to pick up from our studio. Delivery time and cost depend on your location and are included in your quote.
How do I pay?
For store products you can pay online by card or UPI at checkout. For custom quote jobs we confirm payment terms with your quote — typically an advance to begin production and the balance on completion.
Do you handle confidential or proprietary designs?
Yes. We treat your files as confidential and are happy to work under an NDA for sensitive projects — just let us know when you request a quote.
What is the maximum size you can print?
Our FDM build volume is up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm in a single piece. Larger parts can be printed in sections and assembled — we will advise the best approach for your model.
