1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using myprus.com, you acknowledge that you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Our services are provided for lawful purposes only. Any illegal, unauthorized, abusive, or fraudulent use is prohibited and may result in termination of access.

3. Custom & Personalised Orders

Many of our products are custom-made or printed from designs and files you provide. By submitting a design, file, logo, image, or instruction, you confirm that you own it or have all necessary rights and permissions to have it produced, and you agree to indemnify Myprus against any third-party claim (including intellectual-property or trademark claims) arising from it.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order we believe is unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or offensive. Because production begins shortly after confirmation, custom and personalised orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started, except where the item is defective or damaged.

As 3D printing and fabrication are manual, made-to-order processes, slight variations in colour, finish, dimensions, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and original products on this site are the intellectual property of Myprus and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written authorization. You retain ownership of designs and files you supply to us.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before an order is processed. Quotes for custom work are valid for the period stated in the quote.

6. Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched as promptly as feasible. Delivery timeframes may vary based on product type, geographic region, and order volume, and are estimates rather than guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myprus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, our products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kozhikode, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
