File & data handling
Files are transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and accessed only by the team working on your order. They're used solely to quote, produce and support your job — never shared with third parties, except shipping details passed to the courier. We keep source files so repeat orders re-print exactly, and delete them on request at any time.

NDA & confidentiality
We sign NDAs as standard for product and B2B work — send us yours, or use ours. A mutual confidentiality / data-processing agreement is available on request for enterprise vendor onboarding.

Quality control & inspection
Every part is visually and dimensionally checked against your spec before dispatch. A written dimensional report is available per batch on request, and first-article inspection (FAI) for production runs — inspect a sample, approve it, the batch runs against that reference.

Standards & compliance
Straight answer: we are not yet ISO 9001 certified. We run a documented QC process modelled on it and are working toward certification — we'll share our QC checklist on request. Parts for medical, dental or aerospace use are supplied as non-certified models, fixtures and prototypes — not certified, clinical-grade or flight-critical components.

Business continuity
Production runs from our Kozhikode studio. For production commitments we de-risk single-site reliance with spare machine capacity, a vetted partner network for overflow, agreed lead-time buffers, and your source files kept ready to re-run if a machine goes down.

Procurement & payments
Registered entity Myprus Engineering Solutions LLP. GST-compliant tax invoices on every order; GSTIN and registration documents provided on request for vendor onboarding. Purchase orders accepted for approved accounts. Pay by UPI, card, bank transfer or secure link.

Service levels
Quote within 24 hours with a free DFM check, agreed delivery dates with proactive updates, and a named point of contact for B2B and repeat accounts. Defects are remade or refunded per our policy.
