Refund & Returns Policy

1. General Policy

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom or personalised items
• Perishable goods
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards
• Hygiene-sensitive items
• Services already initiated and design charges

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply to items showing signs of use, items missing parts not due to our error, or returns made after the 7-day window.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund, please check your account, then contact your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If it remains unresolved, contact us at contact@myprus.com.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged. Sale or discounted items are not eligible.

7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email contact@myprus.com with photos and a description of the issue.

8. Return Shipping

Returns should be sent to: Myprus, 2nd Floor, Limra Tower, 65/1151, Panicker Road, West Nadakkave, Kozhikode, Kerala 673011, India. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
